Returns / Guarantee Policy

How do I return an item.

Simply complete the form opposite, once we receive your application for return of goods, you will receive instructions on how to proceed via email.

To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.
Change of heart: Due to the custom build nature of our controllers we do not accept goods for return because of a change of heart.
Returned items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery ensuring that adequate insurance is in place.
